She is a very rude manager walks around with a chip on her shoulder and riding her high horse. Not professional at all!!!!. Needs to be trained correctly or replaced no customer service skills at all.. Very bad for complex.. Without renters she has no paycheck... No mater how long you're at a company you are always replaceable..Marcus and associates was the best. Our grass was green not brown place was always clean and also laundry room clean .

Only place that tows their residents cars as they sleep. More than 12 cars towed last night due to no parking sticker. Residents never were issued parking stickers. So who's stuck paying for the tow charges? The residents!
