extremely unhelpful
June 22, 2021After two days of emailing and trying to contact the office, I was finally able to get someone to answer the phone this afternoon. I called specifically to inquire about an apartment and begin the application process, and instead of providing information about an application, I was told that I should go to apartments.com (even though I literally found this complex here 3 days ago) to submit a form for requesting a tour. The staff member clearly had no intentions of putting any effort whatsoever ...into being helpful. Do not waste your time.Property Manager Responded

Disgusting
December 21, 2019From the apartment itself to the grounds of the place, just disgusting. First moved in we had to clean the apartment upside down and maintenance did a horrible job prepping the apartment for us. The carpet reeked of 15 years of every tenant funk combined in one. Roaches is everywhere! The only thing I see maintenance doing is picking up trash all day nothing else.Property Manager Responded

October 30, 2019I have good credit and been living at my current apts for 6 plus years but I couldn't get into hidden Creste and they couldn't give me a reason why they didn't call nobody no credit check no rental check i have notifications on my phone to alert when someone is checking my credit very scary over their be where ... June 25, 2018i went to this complex in hopes on signing a lease in the nxt month. right before i went, they removed their pet policy from apartments.com. i went and visited anyway. The day prior, someone i know went to their office to fill out an application and was told that they in fact do allow pets. When i went the next day, i asked and was told that they have a no pet policy. i asked if it had recently changed and was told "no". This put a bad taste in my mouth and gave me an attitude, yet i was still ...interested. I drove around the complex after seeing the model apartment and asked a few tenants if they allow pets and they all confirmed that they do. im pissed at this point. I called again a week later to confirm their back and forth policy and was again told that they do not allow pets and never have and that tenets are not supposed to have pets. Management needs omprovement
September 22, 2015These apartments are made for families so they are spacious and you can hear children playing all throughout, which is fine. My biggest issue is management. They do not fix issues in a timely manner and you have to make multiple reports to get anything fixed! September 19, 2015FIRST OFF WHEN I WAS 9 MONTHS PREGNANT WITH MY DAUGHTER I WAS LOOKING FOR SOMEWHERE TO MOVE DUE TO THE FACT MY LEASE WAS UP, AND ALSO MY DUE DATE WAS IN THE SAME MONTH. FINALLY FOUND HIDDEN CRESTE, LOOKING AT THE PICTURES ON THE WEBSITE THEY WERE NICE, READING THE REVIEWS IT DIDN'T MATCH, EVERYONE HAD HORRIBLE THINGS TO SAY! TOOK MY CHANCES BY MOVING IN ANYWAYS, THEY DISPLAY UNIT WAS VERY NICE..... UNTIL I SEEN MY UNIT! THE SAME DAY I SIGNED MY LEASE I WENT INTO LABOR, SO DIDN'T GET A CHANCE TO ...SEE MY HOME. ONE OF THE LEASING CONSULTS TOLD ME MY UNIT WAS MOVE IN READY, WHEN I ARRIVED HOME FROM THE HOSPITAL MY APARTMENT WASN'T READY. *NO A/C *CARPET WAS FILTHY (JUICE STAINS, DIRT, ETC) *MARKER WRITING ON THE WALL *TOILET RUNNING *CABINET BROKEN *DOOR BROKEN *CARPET PULLING UP *DISHWASHER FLOODING *ROACH INFESTED AND THE LIST CONTINUES.... IT TOOK MAINTENANCE NEARLY TWO MONTHS TO COME FIX MY A/C. THEY ONLY CAME BECAUSE I HAD TO CALL HOUSING CODE ENFORCEMENT ON THEM, BECAUSE MY APARTMENT WAS 90 DEGREES FROM THE HEAT AUTOMATIC COMING ON BY ITS SELF AND STAYING ON FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME. IT WAS VERY UPSETTING COMING HOME WITH MY NEWBORN CHILD WITH NO AIR. THEY WILL TELL YOU MAINTENANCE IS COMING BUT NEVER SHOWS UP. ALSO IS ONLY ONE DUMPSTER SO ITS TRASH CITY (SUNDAY'S ARE THE WORSE). CHILDREN ALSO FILTH UP THE PORCHES, BURN PAPER OUTSIDE, MANAGEMENT DOES NOTHING ABOUT IT! THIS IS BY FAR THE MOST WORST PLACE I EVER LIVED AT, I WISH I WOULD'VE LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS AND MOVED SOMEWHERE ELSE. THERE CONCERNS IS ABOUT MAKING MONEY, NOT THE RESIDENTS.
