October 20, 2024Everyone has been so helpful, especially Jordan. The sounds of the fountains are so relaxing and ducks and even an egret are wonderful. It’s quiet here, I live downstairs but upstairs folks are quiet. Any issues with move in were corrected immediately. This place is just gorgeous.Property Manager Responded

The worst
January 15, 2024They have the worst plumbing issues and charge you damages for their own maintenance employees mistakes. My drains not dishwasher ever remained working the whole time I lived there.Property Manager Responded

Pleasant Staff, Quiet Safe Location, Clean and Spacious, Ample Parking
May 13, 2020I'm currently leasing from my third Sequoia location and couldn't imagine going anywhere Sequoia properties aren't. My first experience was at Hidden Lake where I was blown away by Community Manager Pastora's professionalism, intelligence and care for the quality of the experience. May 24, 2019I moved here in Jan 2019. My little family consists of my two sons, my fiancé, and I. We have a two bed two bath. I love it here because, the property management is awesome. Been here for years and see no reason to leave
September 12, 2015The complex is quite, despite having 100 plus units. The management takes very good care of the units and the grounds. Service calls handled same day and after hours emergencies, no problem! Fireplace and washer/dryer in every unit. My unit looks out to two fountains. These are truly apartment homes, I've lived here since 2000. Safe, quiet, beautiful grounds and reasonable priced for the area.Review from Apartments.com
