HORRIBLE!!!!
January 25, 2023Man I currently live here and no I won’t say what building. This place is TRASH I’ve been without Heat….WITHOUT HEAT since October…it’s January..I use the oven to keep warm , they don’t care, they forge work receipts to say word order completed but come over and see if I’m lying. Has bugs, I’ve killed a rat..RAT not mouse, RAT , which means in time the particular building I’m in will be overrun, it should be illegal How I’m being treated. Also apparently the other residents don’t knkw hkw to ...throw their trash in dumpster, so there is trash all over the place too , and stray feral cats run a muck. Dogs not on leashes potentially causing harm kids and anyone for that matter. Also to people with ur dogs not on leash, if dog motions towards me, I got that stick on me. BUG INFESTED
February 9, 2021There’s a infestation of ROACHES EVERYWHERE in these raggedy apartments. The water only stays hot 5 minutes. The ceiling is caving in. One of the doors was broke when we moved here. The windows have MOLD on them and they don’t shut all the way so my kids are cold at night. The tub has cracks in it and the water runs out of the shower head and faucet at the same time and it doesn’t drain properly so when I take a shower I have to stand in dirty water. It was holes in the wall when I moved here. ...It’s super hard to get in contact with anybody to fix things. I definitely would NEVER recommend these apartmentsProperty Manager Responded
