The management here is wonderful friendly and professional as I have lived here for years I haven't always been able to say this it's a quiet safe place to live , THE management team that we have now is on top of everything ! Nice place to call home.

So I lived here from the two years listed above and honestly I can't say I really had any problems. The few things that did happen, water pressure being low for example, I reported to the front office and within 1-3 days it was fixed, wasn't uncommon I would go to work in the morning and return home to find whatever it was fixed. Neighbors pets where never an issue for me nor was the noise. There is a flood light right outside the bedroom window and the blinds that are there by default did ...
nothing to help, and at night it was bright enough I really never turned on my bedroom light because of it. Wasn't a big deal once I got a sleeping mask it was a non-issue. One thing I will say though is that it isn't a smoke free place. I have asthma and it wasn't uncommon I would return home and have to hold my breathe as I walked up the stairs to my apartment. It also seemed the smell carried up, I was a 2nd floor apartment, and my closet had a smoke smell to it at times, although no one ever commented that I smelled like smoke so it didn't seem to get on my clothes. I did move out before rent went up but they gave me a solid 3 months notice to decide if I was going to renew my lease and stay or leave so can't complain about communication. Over all was a good two years and I enjoyed my time there.

    details
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on scale of 1 (below average) and to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider needs as part of the school selection process.
