December 3, 2024Really love living here! My only issue is the elevator nearest to my apt has been down since moving in November 2024. I’m on the second floor so the taking the stairs is not so bad. November 23, 2024Out of many places I’ve seen for this to not be a brand new building they always keep the complex clean. And their communication is great if a problem ever happens. When something is wrong they are always there to help. I know if ever a problem when you travel whether it be for work or personal and an issue approaches they are attentive and keep you in the loop. Very friendly staff and they know you by name and inquire just on how things are going. Being a regional manager and traveling at all ...times it’s satisfying to see there is still people that care and overall treat it like a real community.Property Manager Responded

October 22, 2024Good afternoon, I would like to suggest a few improvements for our community. -Carpet Cleaning: Regular cleaning of the hallway carpets would help maintain a fresh and inviting atmosphere. -Air Fresheners: Installing air fresheners in the hallways and elevators could enhance the overall scent and comfort for residents and visitors. -Keyless Entry Upgrade: Upgrading our doors to keyless entry systems would provide added security and convenience for all residents.
