Terrible and unprofessional Managers
February 8, 2020This place is a dump.. They don’t care about they customers.. I stayed here 4 years and decided to move out of town and 8 months later I get a call from collections stating I owe Highland Chateau for damages that was done.. Why couldn’t they call me and let me know before sending it to collections.. The money isn’t an issue but they could have called me direct.. I would suggest everyone to stay far far far away..Review from Apartments.com
