All our apartments go the full width of the building so you and have windows in every room except the bathrooms. We pay water, trash, and sewer fees! The comfort and safety of our tenants is our number one concern. We are proud to say that, since December 2009, we are the only apartment complex in Bellevue that has been certified in the crime-free housing program through the Bellevue Police Department.
