Best landlord and great location
September 30, 2016The Landlord, John, has always treated his tenants like royalty here. I had an accident here once and he cared and still cares more about my well being than any property damage. He still asks how my injuries have healed and if I have any issues with them. He has also gone out of his way to fix any problems in the apartment, including unscrewing a stubborn light bulb for me once, so I could change it.Property Manager Responded

Perfect Location
August 9, 2015My apartments are in the perfect location. It's 5 minutes from Towne East Mall and 10 minutes from downtown Wichita. It's the perfect size. It's a small community and most of the neighbors know each other. Locked outer doors and quiet!! Love my apartment!!Property Manager Responded
