    Apartment is very noisy with neighbors walking upstairs or hearing them through the walls but at least the apartment is close to campus and decent condition.

    The location is great and the apartment layout is nice. The neighbors and streets are loud especially at night. I wish that the washer and dryer were newer and held more clothes.

    The leasing office told me that my electricity bill seemed high and sent a matinence person out to figure out the issue which I really appreciated!

    I love this place. I live in the culdesac area in apartment 43. That place feels like home now. At first I was not a big fan of living in Highland Terrace. However, now that I have lived here for 2 years, I love it.

    Living at Highland Terrace has been an absolute dream! Nestled within walking distance of UT and downtown, it's the perfect blend of convenience and comfort. The vibrant community here is incredibly welcoming, and the amenities make life much easierâ€" especially for a busy student like me! One of my favorite amenities is the resort-style pool. It's the perfect spot to relax on a hot summer day, and I love lounging in one of the cabanas with a good book. My wife and I love exploring the nearby ...
