Save yourself the hassle
March 24, 2024This community is dog friendly, but no one picks up after their animals and they let them pee all over everything. So if you live on the ground floor and have a bush by you guarentee your house will smell like urine. The gates never work properly they are always broken. The side gate where pedestrians can walk through isn’t locked so anyone off the street can come into the community and vandalize your car. In my experience living here my car was hit about 4 times by neighbors and the gate ...malfunctioned and damaged our vehicle (they did fix it after 3 month fight) but beware of possible damage to car. The “renovations” are cheap they use wood filler to “fix” cabinets. The windows in my apartment do not fully close either.Property Manager Responded

3 weeks in Highline
December 25, 2020What I appreciate most about Highline was their ability in allowing us to move in literally the day we got approved in the application process. Me and my husband have had no problems in the three weeks that we have been living here with parking or our clothes in the laundry room. I had a concern with roaches and plumbing but once we moved in that was not a problem at all. Our apartment is renovated and clean. The water warms up and cools down accordingly And they are dog friendly, I see people ...walking their dogs often and different race of kids always playing outside which is really nice too see. Also the maintenance man is fast and efficient. Everything from gas stations, grocery stores, fast food, restaurants is literally within a 10 minute radius which is convenient My only complaint so far is the apartment is hollow, I hear someone playing guitar and it’s literally like he is in our kitchen lol but other than that I recommend HighlineRead MoreReview from Apartments.com

THEY TOW EVERYONE
September 14, 2017So the apartments are nice but the person below is right- people let their dogs pee on people's doors and it smells like urine everywhere. If you're reading this please have your dog go to the bathroom AT THE DESIGNATED DOG PARK...which is MADE for dogs to do their business. It's not that hard people. Additionally, there is no guest parking which means if you leave your car in the "Future Residents" spot for literally 30 minutes longer they will tow you. Additionally my room mate parked in our ...designated spot AND SHE GOT TOWED. IN HER DESIGNATED SPOT! The company has no sympathy for you if they tow you and it's ridiculous. Try calling the person who owns the spot first before towing. It's not that hard. Additionally the woman at the front desk who has horrible eyebrows is super unpleasant. Yeah it's affordable and quiet and the insides are nice and have air conditioning. But besides that they need to have more parking and stop towing people- they tow someone new every day and it's getting ridiculous.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
