    It's income restrictioned not that she says it and she's incredibly rude and pushy.

      We apologize for your bad experience. We are currently under new management. We are a tax credit property which requires us to have income restrictions depending on the household size. We do have a few non-income restricted units at Hilltop. Please let us know if we can assist you in the future.
