    The hive is a great student living option. It is close to classes and downtown. There are many amenities and fun activities like bingo. Another highlight is the mail room which ensures no packages are stolen.

    Pretty good! Parking is expensive and if you don't have it it's a little rough finding it on the roads. Other than that, it's very nice to live here!

    Really great location, not too far from downtown Iowa city. Walking distance to everything. Lots of amenities, including study rooms that are very helpful.

    The apartment is community is very nice, andthe common areas are kept clean for everyone. Getting to do activates like bingo, painting, and everything else brings me closer to the community

    The hive is a great place to live. I enjoy having parking under the building. It makes it very convenient to get places and not have to walk in the rain or snow to my car.

    Very good experience I like my room however seemed like management has a grudge against me, giving me a noise complaint for no reason and not removing it

    I think so far it’s been good living here and I’m happy the train sounds has been less in the past weeks. The amenities are very good and I wish for more events to know the residents.

    Overall, a great place. Clean, modern, with all the best amenities. Would recommend to anyone. Great location and close to campus. My apartment is perfect size and i can say it rates at the top compared to other apartments I have been in around campus.

    Overall, I really appreciate how clean The Hive is, and the staff is always approachable. However, I’ve noticed that many younger students can be excessively loud at night. I’ve even experienced kids banging on my door and running away. While I enjoy living here and appreciate the amenities, at times, it feels more like a dorm than an apartment.
