March 13, 2025Overall, I really appreciate how clean The Hive is, and the staff is always approachable. However, I’ve noticed that many younger students can be excessively loud at night. I’ve even experienced kids banging on my door and running away. While I enjoy living here and appreciate the amenities, at times, it feels more like a dorm than an apartment.Property Manager Responded

January 31, 2025I have enjoyed living at the Hive. It is a little expensive but have really enjoyed the apartment and amenities. The apartment itself is cosy with a nice kitchen, amazing closet space, and comes fully furnished.Property Manager Responded
