Poor Maintenance, no Mail Box Service
August 18, 2022There is no Central Air Conditioning, they don't provide screens for the windows. So on a nice day you can't raise the windows for pest like flies and mosquitos getting in. Not to mention you'll have to continually run the window units to keep comfortable. The Playground equipment was removed by the current owners. The rooms are small, if you have a bike, they will insist you bring it in, there are no bike racks. The mail boxes were removed because the current owners refused to repair them. so ...you'll have to have your mail go elsewhere for pick-up. Hot water heaters are giving tenants issue. they must be refurbished. A dignity of life does not exist here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
