May 29, 2018I’ve been living here for 3 months. For the first month, I really thought it was a good apartment complex until i stayed in the apartment for a little longer. That’s when you really get to know the people and the management. The people who live next to me are ridiculously loud. They hang oout outside of their unit, right in front of my apartment unit. I could hear them talk loudly. It usually does not bother me but they are in front of my door. I can hear every single conversation! Don’t rent here
April 22, 2018The new renters can’t seem to control the volume of their voices. The new manager isn’t doing anything. She’s afraid to talk to the tenants. I’ve complained it to her several times but she’s not as cooperating at all. Enjoying my stay
December 5, 2016I've been residing at Holiday Garden Apartments since July 2016. This is a great apartment complex. It is clean and quiet. The property manager, Mrs. Rangel has been very responsive and helpful with my request, needs and/or concerns. Mrs. Rangel has been very professional. This seems to be a community of working class people who go to work and enjoy coming home to a clean and quiet environment. So far I'm enjoying my stay.Review from Apartments.com
