  • I Cannot Recommend This Place Enough

    Holly Ridge was my first place all by myself. I was scared and nervous to move in since I was moving there from 3 1/2 hours away. Manci in the office is a godsend. She made the logistics of everything super easy and pleasant. Typically when you think of office management at apartment complexes, you think they're tough to work with, but Manci was the kindest lady I've ever spoke to. She was always super understanding, always willing to help and answer questions, and extremely flexible when things ...
    were tough. During my move, we were going to get to the apartment after the office closed, and she gave me a call and said that she'd go ahead and leave the keys in the freezer so we can get moved in and that we'd just sign the lease the next day. She absolutely went above and beyond. Even if I didn't like the apartment itself (which I did, they're nice for the price) I would recommend this complex based on Manci alone. This is a great place for anybody, whether your young and single and moving out for the first time, a couple, a family, or older and just prefer apartments. Its such a family atmosphere. We had trunk or treat, Easter egg hunts, and all sorts of cool stuff happening that the complex did for the residents. I would have stayed there for a long while if work didn't have me moving. Definitely consider Holly Ridge!

    What an amazing experience. We would have stayed longer had our family not outgrown an apartment. I have lived in several apartments and have never had such a pleasant experience. Manci is the most amazing property manager i have ever met. She is genuinely caring and wants the best for her tennant's. Sal is a phenomenal handy man. Hes quick at addressing any problem you might have. He even came to our apartment on Thanksgiving day to fix something for us. We loved our stay and highly recommend ...

  • Good place to live

    August 12, 2016
    My husband and I moved here when pregnant with our first child and two years later we are still here. The manager Manci is awesome and will always work with you as long as you talk to her beforehand. Sal, the maintenance man, is awesome too. The neighbors are great for the most part. It's cheaper rent so you're gonna have some jerks and loud people but we really haven't had trouble. Overall I'd say it's a great place is you're just starting out.
