August 22, 2024Location and price are the best for living in a beach town. Interior of the units are nicer than expected. Maintenance calls are handled quickly. Office staff are sweet and fun. They even leave little treats when you move in.Review from Apartments.com
Poorly managed- avoid this place
May 4, 2024The office flat out lied to my husband to his face and later tacked on fees not disclosed. Shoddy maintenance, refused to fix an outlet that quit working. Poor flooring that was curling up in several places. They will walk in without knocking. Horrible experience !!Review from Apartments.com
