Bad Place to Live
May 31, 2017This place is run-down and neglected. There is usually garbage in the parking lots. The pool has been taken over by people from a housing project that's located about 1/4 of a mile from Holton Place. They found out the code and now the pool is always jam packed with screaming children and teenagers. The HOA has been told about it repeatedly but they won't do anything about it.Review from Apartments.com

May 31, 2017The lawn maintenance at Holton Place is horrible. Nothing is ever done to the grounds except for an occasional mowing of the grass. None of the common areas is kept up. The dues are $185.00 per month and there are 188 condos, yet the HOA refuses to maintain the property. Before the current HOA president took over 4 or 5 years ago Holton Place was maintained properly. I would never recommend owning or renting one of these units.Review from Apartments.com
Great Location
April 21, 2017My daughter has lived here for a year. It is a very nice complex that is well kept and clean. She has had NO parking issues and I have parked in the guest spots when visiting her with no issue. This is a great location and the residents seem very nice .She has never witnessed any bad behavior or loud parties. She was able to study at any time as it was always quiet.Review from Apartments.com

August 14, 2015I have lived here for about 2 years. The location is perfect and the apartment provides a quality life for myself and roommate. The management is very polite and helpful. I would recommend Holton Place to everyone!Review from Apartments.com
