    I wouldn't recommend anyone to rent from this place they charge for everything they can management was told several occasions that I was being charged for cable which I never had get charged for water we never used this place is fine if you like to make someone else rich very unprofessional

    I have lived here a few months and I can't praise the leasing team Ms. JESSICA and Ms. JAZZ enough. They are very friendly, helpful, and always answers my many questions with smiles on their faces ! The apartment homes are very beautiful and spacious with new appliances and plenty parking. I would highly recommend this place to others. Thus far neighbors are quiet and friendly. Also I see the police patrolling on a daily basis which makes me feel safe!

    BEST APARTMENTS EVER!!! When I took my first tour, it was love at first sight. These apartments are glamorous !!! My application process was a breeze! The leasing agents where patient and ensured I had everything I needed to get moved in. Throughout my stay I haven’t had any problems with my apartment. The maintenance man and leasing agents resolve issues and concerns quickly( which I rarely have any). My amenities are up to date. Easy to maintain. And luxurious! The neighbors are quite and ...
    friendly. The pool, cabana, and gym are always clean and ready to use. Over all I’ve enjoyed my stay And recommend everyone els to move here. There’s also a farmers market down the road that’s open 7 days a week which I love because it’s fresher food. lastly i want to give a hugeeee thanks to the kindness jazz and Jessica have shown. I pray they never stop working here. Home at Waller is in good hands.

    First and foremost; the staff is incredible. They treat everyone with respect and are very prompt when needed. They even speak to my Dog by name and as silly as that sounds that’s really important to me. Our unit is a 2B/2B with a beautiful backyard with plenty of space for outdoor activities.
