Everything about this place sucks!
June 29, 2023Everything about this place sucks. There are no amenities. Management is HORRIBLE. They take months to fix maintenance requests. Management is rude, unprofessional, and they always lie.Review from Apartments.com

August 30, 2019This complex was misleading from the day I moved in! I paid rent regularly and they had mold, pests, mice and not able to get good internet service at all! Then management changed and Jonathan was very rude and unprofessional, trying everything in his power to be short and disrespectful as well! Wouldn't check mail for me once I moved either! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! Maintenance was ok but they blow you off on getting things fixed in your place as well!! I WOULD NEVER LIVE THERE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND ...ANYBODY THERE!! Horrible place to live if you care about your kids and health, then Homes of Persimmon is not the place for you or your family!!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
