August 8, 2018I lived here for a year. In the beginning my place was infested with roaches, but after I did a fumigation myself they went away. I think is also about being clean. I you are dirty and leave dirty dishes of-course the roaches will come back. I never had a problem with the manager, she was always nice and treated me with respect. I see many people complaint about her not doing anything when things needed to be fix, but it was not her. The old owners of the property were cheap and always gave the ...run arounds to give the ok to fix the issued. The manager is just a worker that receives orders. One of the worse apartments ever
July 31, 2018Welcome to horizon apartments please be aware that this is such a horrible place to live in, it is always dirty and the manager wants everything done for her she is super lazy, which I don’t know why they pay her for, if all she does is write notes and have you do her work!! Please don’t waste your time or your money for this apartments are not worth it... they don’t even deserve half of starReview from Apartments.com
Worst apartmenst ever!!!!

The mananager in there does nothing to maintain the building clean everyone does what they want the parking lots are all mix up when ever you have a problem in your apartment she takes forever to get it fix and one more thing this apartments are infested of couches I mean a lot don't waist your money on here please.Review from Apartments.com
