It is conveniently located near schools, shopping, freeways and right across the street from Miramar College. The college’s amenities including the softball fields, aquatic center and meeting rooms are open to the public **Requirements: Must have one year established residency in San Diego County before applying. Must have a credit score of 670+. Provide verifiable proof of income that is 2.5 x the rent. All residents over 18 must apply.
