From the outset, the customer service has been exemplary. The staff have been incredibly responsive, attentive, and willing to address any queries or concerns I've had. This level of service has significantly eased the transition process and made me feel confident about my decision to choose Hub Cincinnati as my new ...home. August 24, 2024The apartment itself is quite nice, despite some damages leftover from construction. The amenities on the second floor are also great, and I cannot wait to use them throughout the year. The problems arise with the package room, which feels overcomplicated and buggy. Packages are going missing, notifications are not being sent out, and the system struggles to handle deliveries with multiple packages.Review from Apartments.com
