Scam
September 4, 2024Mice for over two weeks, water constantly turned off, elevator is always broke, many homeless people tried to follow me inside, and they moved me three times before putting me in apartment without telling the new roommates. Rent is extremely high for the tiny space you get. I’m in a luxury 1 bed now for the same price. Also charged $1,000 in move out fees for normal wear and tear.Review from Apartments.com

August 18, 2024The apartment itself is nice, but management is a MESS. I can’t get an email response about damages to my apartment, get charged $900 for “repairs” and “paint” and a bunch of hidden fees they don’t tell anyone about. Definitely check out a different apartment if you don’t want to pay an extra $900 and deal with rude management who doesn’t care about the residents.Review from Apartments.com

August 14, 2024This apartment has amazing features in and out of the rooms. They have an awesome rooftop pool and gym. In the rooms they are spacious and have speakers in the shower heads which I find so cool and unique. So far i have had a good experience.Review from Apartments.com
