March 22, 2019Parking lot is a logistical nightmare, communal washers and dryers...3 each (not enough) and you have to pay by the load, no garbage disposal, hardly any closet space in the unit, shower doesn’t always switch from bath to shower (switches back during shower), water doesn’t stay hot very long, pet fee is $500 not $400 as listed plus $50 a month, and rent increases automatically at the end of lease. But the colors they picked are nice.Review from Apartments.com
