April 1, 2024My mom have been without hot water for months. Stove caught fire and couldn't get in touch with anyone until Monday!!! Poor customer service I wouldn't recommendReview from Apartments.com
Don't do it
March 16, 2022It's cheap. But there's a reason for that. My family has lived in these apartments for 10 years. You'd think we just got in off the street based on how they treat us. Mold in the closet. We called them. They didn't do anything. Leaky faucet. Didn't do anything. Broken microwave. It was months before we got a new one. Roaches galore. We thought it was just us but not with how many we have and have always had. They honestly couldn't care less, at all. Can't wait to move out of here soon. Not to ...mention I've went to all of the schools in the vicinity as well, and your better off finding a better school system as well. Still, not bad schools. The big thing is these apartments. Don't do it.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Worst place ever
October 6, 2020If i could give this place zero stars i would i lived here for one year and that was enough for me. It started out okay until i started getting so many roaches coming in from everywhere i had to call pest control. When i went in to report the roaches i seen that people have reported rats also. Secondly maintenance is trash ! That’s a understatement, my microwave was out for 8 months and i reported it countless times eventually i just had to go buy my own microwave to use. Then my refrigerator ...light went out and again nobody came to fix it. That’s not even the worst the people in the office have no respect they are unorganized and just plain dumb. They tried to tell me that if i don’t give them a 30 day notice i was automatically going to renew my lease but they didn’t tell me that until i was trying to move out my apartment a few days after my lease was up. How can u put somebody in another lease without them signing anything and it’s not in the lease contract from the previous year. Oh and let’s not forget corporate doesn’t answer the phone or reply to messages so they are basically useless to! I moved out and forfeit my deposit because they are unorganized but i was happy to leave that place!!! WORST APARTMENT EVER! Keep looking and they nasty !!!! Oh and i had mold in my closet and of course nobody came for that either!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Worse Management
September 4, 2019If I could give this place a negative star I would ! I moved in March 6 2019 I have been having the same problems over and over again With My Ceiling In May The Kitchen ceiling fell in and now my bathroom have been leaking since July I’ve been asking for a new apartment because they couldn’t find where the water was coming from and also they just patched the hole up saying it’s fixed And now it’s leaking from the other side of the wall ! Do not move here People in the rent office is horrible and ...don’t care about no one safety only the money.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Very Dissappointed
June 7, 2019I just recently moved after living here for 5 years. The previous management was the worst. Very unfriendly to the point of not wanting to go into the office for any reason. After living there 5 years, never missing a payment or being late, I have been served an eviction notice because of the office workers misapplying money to the wrong accounts. Water and sewer bills tripling with no explanation and no choice but to pay . At the time of my moving, I turned in my notice 2 months prior. After ...moving and waiting to receive my deposit back I received a letter from an collection agent claiming that I owed money for moving out of my apartment a month later than my expired lease date ( Although I actually moved out 2 weeks before the actual lease was up )and that I hadn't given a notice. The office staff was very unprofessional when it came to handling paperwork. My notice was never put in my file, and my move out date was put into the system at their convenience which was totally incorrect. It was up to me to prove that I had turned in a notice and had moved out in time. I have been out of the apartment for 5 months and still have not received my deposit. I suggest that you document and have everything signed because it can cause you a lot of time and headache to do the job that others are paid to do. The new staff seems to be much better. Only had dealings with them since I've moved trying to get things straighten out.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
I recommend these apartments
August 28, 2015These apts are great, they are located near Trussville in Jefferson county with easy access to I-459 & I-59. Conveniently nearby there are shopping centers, restaurants, banks and great schools. The floor plan for a 2br, 2ba is very spacious with walk in closets in both bedrooms & private balcony. There is plenty of green space & playground area, swimming pool, fitness center and parking spaces with maintenance on site and a friendly management staff. The only cons are the entry way could be ...bigger and more maintenance on site.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
