Nice features
May 17, 2023The patio is so nice, because is closed off from your neighbors and you cannot see them. I love the dog park for the dogs to interact with others and run out their energy, I love the set up of the apartment, the bench to put shoes in by the door is amazing, the bookshelf and computer desk are WONDERFUL, the walk in closet to the main bedroom are amazing. If you live on the bottom floor, you can hear your neighbors above you walk really loud sometimes, the maintenance crew is on top of things ...getting things fixed, and the pool is a great feature as well.Property Manager Responded

Nice area
May 12, 2023I lived here for one year and for the most part, loved it. It's located in a nice area and close to different shops. The people in the office were always friendly and would help with anything they could. The maintenance crew was nice too and helped sufficiently. The only downside I can think of is the spiders in the area. I have arachnophobia and sometimes would find giant field spiders in my apartment. Pest control would come in a timely manner and I would put traps down, and it helped for the ...most part.Property Manager Responded

Best in Lawrence
May 5, 2023I lived at Hunters Ridge for 2 years and would rate the apartments, and business as the best I experienced in Lawrence. The apartments are aesthetically pleasing, the utilities were less than other apartments, and the maintenance was top notch. I called twice for two separate maintenance requests, and they promptly fixed each of the problems. In regards to amenities, their gym is spacious and well equipped, and I really enjoyed the pool which was always clean and well kept. My neighbors were ...always pleasant to deal with. The only minor issue I had was parking. On occasion I would have to park kind of far away because of somewhat limited parking. That being said, had my husband and I not bought a house we would likely still be living at Hunters Ridge Apartments. My husband has commented numerous times about the benefits of not having to deal with house problems, taxes, insurance, and mortgage interest. If you can find an opening at here, I highly recommend calling it home. The personnel are very friendly, the apartments are rock solid, and the location is great.Property Manager Responded

Great Management
April 27, 2023This is the best community in Lawrence with great management. Close to Rock chalk Park, Sprouts, Dillons, and several good restaurants. Beautiful spacious houses with an option to have a garage. All the maintenance issues are dealt with promptly. In my 3 years of stay, I had only good things to talk about.Property Manager Responded

April 17, 2023My fiancé and I were given a tour of a 2 bed 2 bath by one of the leasing agents, Gabi. When it comes to touring apartments and dealing with leasing offices, Gabi was a breath of fresh air. She wasn’t pushy and really helped us imagine calling Hunters Ridge, home. The only reason we didn’t end up renting was because my fiancé ended up not taking a job offer. When moving back to Lawrence I will certainly be considering Hunters RidgeProperty Manager Responded

The grounds are beautifully landscaped, and there are plenty of amenities available for residents, including a pool and fitness center. Love it!
April 13, 2023Me and my roommate moved in about a year ago. I attend KU, and my roommate works out of town. We liked this place so much because it is away from campus, but close to the highways making commutes easy. I love how quiet it is too. The unit we moved into had a few issues but got fixed as soon as we let management know. Spacious apartments, friendly office staff, and great management. Wonderful staff and extremely nice apartments
April 13, 2023I would highly recommend Hunters' Ridge to any of my friends. The office staff, Gabby and Meme, and property manager, Nicole, have been extremely hospitable and welcoming as I've adjusted to living in Lawrence. They have made the process of establishing roots in Lawrence much simpler. I found my apartment to be very spacious and well maintained. The apartments here are so nice that once I started inviting friends to visit me, they started asking about finding an apartment here themselves! The ...main lobby area for the complex has provided me with a nice place to study or simply find a nice change of scenery to do my work. The pool area is also really nice when I come home from a long day. If I feel the need to exercise, there is plenty of equipment available for me to use as well. All in all, Hunters' Ridge is one of the best apartment complexes I have had the pleasure of staying at in recent years and it is definitely worth checking out if you are looking for a place to live.Property Manager Responded

Best apartment complex in Lawrence
April 11, 2023This is the best place I've ever lived. The apartments are beautiful and spacious, fairly priced compared to others in the area. No issues with theft or crime that I'm aware of. Neighbors are all nice and relatively quiet. Maintenance is amazing, I work from home and I see them running around working hard all day. Any small issues I've had with drains clogging, etc. have been resolved in a day or two. The front office staff is amazing. My expectations for apartments are super high now after about ...two or three years living at Hunters Ridge. I absolutely recommend living here.Property Manager Responded
