February 16, 2023Hunters Run I has been such a great experience for me. The apartment building is has less apartments in it so it has been great getting to know our neighbors. We all have become family. the staff is so kind and have always followed up with me in a timely manner. When I come into the office, they are always offering me something to drink and ready to help me instantly. I don;t feel like we are micromanaged like other apartments have done. July 13, 2022It's cheap. It's a (HEAVY) smoking building, which Goldmark won't tell you, so avoid if you don't smoke. It smells a lot and the front exterior is not maintained. But it's a good price for a lot of space, the layout is wonderful, and it's relatively quiet. Good location too. So if you're looking for a cheap, halfway decent place (if you add some air purifiers) to be in temporarily, this is a good spot.Review from Apartments.com
