September 22, 2024My bathroom tub constantly has mold and mildew coming from the faucet in the master bathroom tub and it never got fixed and your maintenance crew needs to actually address work orders that are placed. They come in and deny everything and this is a health hazard. Whoever poorly designed these duplex townhouses was crazy because the bathrooms are the size of closets with poor fan circulation and it causes moisture and mold issues. September 20, 2024I appreciate the quiet and welcoming neighborhood, as well as the proximity to grocery stores, restaurants, and the Shady Grove Metro station, which significantly enhances convenience.
