February 24, 2025Everything is low end except the price. Terrible noise, poor grounds maintenance. 3-level townhouse with only bathrooms on 3rd level. HVAC system awful - lower level cannot be used during cold weather, and top floor uncomfortable in hot weather. Absolutely no value for $.Property Manager Responded

February 20, 2025Incredibly noisy because of proximity to Frederick Road. Grounds are poorly maintained. Everything in townhouses is low end - HVAC, appliances, layout, etc. - yet the price is high end :(.Property Manager Responded

January 6, 2025This is the first place i have ever really enjoyed living. Its quiet here and the neighbor's are nice. Some do not know how to use a dumpster or recycling bins, but i am working on looking past that for 2025. December 15, 2024Pretty quiet. We did have some problems with mice however, as did the tenants before us. Management was not much help. Maintenance is quick and efficient though!Property Manager Responded
