    I have lived here for 3 years now. It was formerly The Row, and is now IMT with new management. Overall, I have enjoyed living here. I feel so safe and have never had an issue with security or a major pest issue. When I have an maintenance issue or if the gate is broken, they do their best to handle the issue right away. The staff are nice and do their absolute best to ensure you are happy. The unit is nice and this experience living here has been the absolute best out of all apartment ...

    I am a current resident at IMT Buckhead. This is a great place and definitely enjoying my time living here. People in the leasing office are very helpful and will get you what you need. For example, I had a package that was delivered in the package room but was not able to locate it. Niyah took time away from her desk and other tasks to help me locate my package. Still thankful for that.

    ship. She does a great job. Michael, (who I dealt with mostly) is really excellent. Such a great, outgoing personality, always friendly and willing to go the extra mile to be helpful. (I was still getting my mail delivered there a week or so after I moved, and he was great at helping me retrieve it.) ? The location is excellent. Central to Midtown and Buckhead, but tucked away, so there’s a feeling of security. Access to the N Trail of the Beltline and path around the Bobby Jones golf course was one of the greatest perks, and I didn’t even know about it until after I moved in. ?Highly recommend.

  • Resident for over a year

    i have lived at the row since oct 2020 and resigned my lease this october. I have loved living here because the area is beautiful and so close to everything. All the residents are very friendly. The staff is also very great. When I needed help moving a couch because the delivery driver wouldnt deliver it to my apartment, they didn’t even hesitate to help me out. Highly recommend if you’re looking for an apartment

    I came in for a tour this past Thursday and the place looked amazing. The fitness center was top notch, and the renovations inside the apartments looked great as well. Darien at the office also was super helpful. 10/10 would recommend!

  • We love the Row!

    The staff at The Row have been wonderful!! I've been a resident for about 2 months now, and Marilyn, Darien, & Khalilah have been extremely kind and helpful during the move-in process. Maintenance is also very efficient and friendly. The location of this complex is perfect as it's easy to get to Buckhead & Midtown, but also tucked away from traffic & feels more homey. The amenities are also a huge plus & parking for guests is the best I've seen!
