December 7, 2024We enjoy living here! We have a quiet building and friendly neighbors. The only complaint is that I feel like facilities don't check up on hygiene needs around the gym area. I asked for soap to be filled twice (after the soap had been out for multiple weeks in the women's bathroom) and when I went back the next two days, the soap still hadn't been filled.Property Manager Responded

December 1, 2024Everything is great. I would like to see the community gym/pool bathrooms attended to more frequently. Soap refilled in bathrooms, general cleanliness, etc. Seems to be overlooked. Also, the treadmills are starting to fall apart.Property Manager Responded

October 1, 2024These apartments are a little loud, parking is not good so we pay extra to park underground, when we moved in 2 years ago they said the pool was open year round but it was just not heated. I love the location.Property Manager Responded

September 19, 2024For the price I honestly would expect better appliances or care of the hallways and stairs. Loved the view but just for the price and didn't ask about hidden fees for the community before we moved in that was our mistake. Also is horrendous to get ahold of the front office not very user friendly.Property Manager Responded
