    Great location, with everything you need within close proximity. Grocery stores, pharmacy, car was, restaurants and the best is the liquor store within walking distance.

    These apartments are a little loud, parking is not good so we pay extra to park underground, when we moved in 2 years ago they said the pool was open year round but it was just not heated. I love the location.

    For the price I honestly would expect better appliances or care of the hallways and stairs. Loved the view but just for the price and didn't ask about hidden fees for the community before we moved in that was our mistake. Also is horrendous to get ahold of the front office not very user friendly.

    I love my apartment, it feels like a home rather than a big complex and my neighbors are so great! The only thing I would complain about is the maintenance, the area isn’t kept up the greatest.

    I've lived here over a year now and really like the location, floorplans, amenities, and appearance. The cost is reasonable for the location, amenities, nice kitchens and large floorplans. The maintenance team does a great job at responding to service requests and the office staff always take care of issues quickly. However, it is a little difficult to get them on the phone using the main line. The gym and studio are small but has what you need to accomplish your needs. I try not to be too picky ...
    because nothing is perfect, but i have to deduct a star for the noisy air conditioner. I've never had an A/C this loud before and it seems to work overtime a lot so i dont know if its the crazy weather or just under-powered.

    It has been a very pleasant experience, living here this year, it is quiet, orderly, safe ?? I like that if you have any problem in your apartment they fix it immediately, they resolve your doubts ?? The spaces are clean, the atmosphere with the neighbors is respectful.

    I love the location of this complex and I find it to be a great place to live. No huge complaints except the “sports” court has been doing nothing for the past year….
