January 9, 2025I would recommend this complex to any friend who was finding a place to live. We love the amenities in the clubhouse. The golf simulator, pool/hot tub and fitness center have been awesome to have. The dog wash and dog park is a fantastic option for any dog owners. This community is very dog friendly. December 25, 2024Love everything this place has to offer, but have had a few challenges since moving in. Mail box does not coincide with the unit # and no one told us the box #. The freezer blower motor is going out and it very loud and the washer had a bad seal. Just some things you’d think would have been reviewed better before someone moving in.Property Manager Responded

December 23, 2024Beautiful property wonderful people I'm looking forward to settling in. This is my first experience with apartment life and icon checked all my boxes. My search began and ended with icon. Pet friendly,close to work,closer to Bozeman but not to close,amenities are first class and and ample space for my Gracie. December 7, 2024I Love Living at Icom Apartments Ferguson Farm! Everything is always maintained and Clean. If I need anything fixed at my apartment it's taken care of promptly. I have all my pmts automated so I don't have to waste my time. I really enjoy all the amenities, you make it so easy to have a good time and the staff is helpful and kind.
