There is no pool
May 1, 2023Pool has been torn apart for months and doesn't look like it will even be usable by summer time. How can you advertise a sparkling pool yet have none at all?! Not one contractor company that's been used for the improvements has done a complete or proper job.Review from Apartments.com
From an old tenant from here
September 8, 2020This place hasn't been easy living here they say that its a drug free place if fact so many people smoke pot around here. Also they have dogs over 40lbs and i know of a few family's that have 3 and four animals in the unites. The Dokota Canyon apartments are a joke this was the worst experience I have ever had. Sorry to those who have to be there.Review from Apartments.com
Was wanting to lease
April 24, 2016I've tried to call this place multiple times for the last couple of weeks, no one is ever in the office to answer the phone, and they do not call people back. They must not need to rent their units.....Will not recommend this place.Review from Apartments.com
