February 13, 2023Title says it all. This building is not maintained at all. The management does not care about your health or comfort. This place is a cesspool. Avoid.Review from Apartments.com
Maintenance here is HORRIFIC
August 23, 2021So, my husband and I lived in these apartments for four years. Generally, the building is quiet, and the location is good. That is the only redeeming quality for living here. The maintenance is TERRIBLE. During an ice storm the building went without heat for no less than six days. They didn't do anything about it for at least three. The elevator/washer/water will go out all the time with no warning or notice and be down for days or weekends. The "24 hour locksmith" service was unavailable at one ...point during an emergency, and they didn't come to fix our door to make sure it would secure for three full days. The parking lot is incredibly small, and they don't maintain it during snow or ice so it's dangerous. People block it all the time or park illegally and they won't do anything about it. Trash piles up in the stairwells. People have packages stolen all the time. The property manager could not care less. I don't have anything negative to say about the people who were our neighbors, but SEB Realty are horrific, and I tell anyone I know to never rent from them.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
It’s okay but could be much better
April 16, 2020Correction maintenance is not on-site. They come only if maintenance or management answers the ?, oh doesn’t respond to emails either and Heat is centrally controlled, aka windows open on warm days. Some rooms are loud next to the highway. It’s okay after that.Review from Apartments.com
