January 20, 2025I moved to Incline after living in the same house in Idaho for over 40 years. Quite a change to move into an apartment! As a widow, I feel safe at Incline. They have a great maintenance crew if I need something fixed. There are many activities and social groups as well as a hot tub and pool. There is no reason to be alone or feel alone when you retire, come to a friendly place where you are surrounded by wonderful people.Property Manager Responded

December 13, 2024The interior is declining. The carpets need cleaning and sometimes it hasn’t been vacuumed for too long. Even just a quick vacuum where it’s littered. The building is constructed so well heating and air conditioning bills are very low. The events planned by the association are most enjoyable. The people are very friendly. The location with mountains in the background is gorgeous. There is very little traffic. I enjoy the activities provided and it’s nice to visit with other residents. Pets are always welcome. The entrance and common areas are beautiful. I love having the elevators available.
