      I am a resident of this building and I am very happy with the entire building. It is very clean. They have staff that continually keep it clean. If there is any problem with my apartment, Ms. Genevieve, the manager, immediately responds. Mr. Jose, who is in charge of the building's maintenance. They are all very responsible and make sure that we, as tenants, have a happy stay. I definitely recommend them. Respectfully Carmen

    • STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS.

      Non stop construction around the building. Managment gives you unreliable schedules. They continue to get cited and shut down from the city due to unpermited construction. Managment is horrible. I couldn't say enough bad things about this place. It is a non stop construction zone.

    • Great location and spacious apartments.

      I have lived in this apartment building for almost 11 years now. I stumbled upon this page online and see a number of negative reviews here, mostly from 2018, which is when this community switched through several different managers and experienced a short period that I was not too happy about either from a management perspective. However, new permanent management is in charge now and they have been extremely responsive and helpful in all respects. In addition, the location is outstanding - a ...
      quiet residential area that is also near to downtown Glendale, and literally right around the corner from Trader Joe's and Walgreens. All apartments are very spacious compared to most 1 bedrooms out there. I recommend this community to anyone interested.

    • Stay away at all costs

      Run don’t walk- the building is old and rundown and has continuous plumbing issues. The remodeling of the units is just a facade to cover up an old building that is very poorly maintained.there is literally an issue every month. Hallways have old stained carpeting. List is endless....

    • Old building that always has issues

      The apartment always has issues! The building is old and run down. There is no bbq grill in the outdoor area as the building does not have the proper permitting. Plumbing is old - water is always rusty.

      I visited this property. Very few of my questions could be answered. Things are actively being repaired or remodeled. The design of the building is difficult to navigate. The room I visited had light fixtures that wouldn’t turn on and very low ceilings. The bedroom had no lighting. It did look like things were in progress of being fixed, but I don’t know when they will be complete. They didn’t seem to have any policy on noise pollution and no onsite management. It was mentioned there are issues ...
      with residents doubling up on parking. The entire area is 2 hour parking only so if you have more than one vehicle you’ll need to get a resident permit (who knows how long that might take). On the plus side there is a LOT of space in the apartment I viewed.

    • Poor Professionalism of a House Management

      The Building manager arranged for us appointment to see some 1 bedroom apartments. Then she said that the first available one will be from 1st of October.I have asked her how we can apply for those apartments and she said I will call you and took contacts from us and promised us to call for apply. After some time before October I am calling her myself and asking what happened with her call and she responded to me that the apartments are already been taken and I can't apply anymore.
