    The one star was for the apartment layout and appliances. Other than that, this was an abject failure. Thin walls, noisy neighbors, shotty maintenance, gates frequently inoperable, and amenities inaccessible. Paid last month's rent in full because the website would not allow partial payments. Moved out November 20th but was billed utilities through December 1st. Due to this fact, did not receive full deposit. Additionally, brought it to the attention of management that I had overpaid for ...
    November and was told I'd be reimbursed. After almost 6 months, I still have not received the funds or an update. Have decided not to pursue any further and instead take this as a learning experience to do my due diligence better in the future, I suggest you do the same before leasing here.

    Do NOT move here , they are not sufficient with charges . You have a set rent amount but they have the ability to overcharge you for water 3 times the normal amount to where your paying almost an extra 300.00 on your rent without notice. They wont fix anything and do not take responsible for any charges that are invalid. PLEASE do not move here , i will not be renewing this lease ever again . Save your self the stress of being overcharged , thin walls and neighbors leaving poop on your patio . Im ...

  • Chill place to live

    So far I like living in this apartment. For the price it's fair because of amenities that's comes with it. The area is a hidden gem. I have no noise complaints because I sleep daytime on my work days and night time when I'm off. My neighbors are cool and respectful. Also the staff is very helpful when I booked a tour, when I applied to get a place and when I moved in.

    Walls must be made of papier-mâché as you can hear every single creek and thump and thud and drop from the tenant(s) above. Second consistent problem, tenants or visitors who just sit inside their car and blast their music ........... Did I mention that the walls are papier-mâché If you work from home, don't here here! If you work overnight, don't rent here! Your time hear will NOT be peaceful!!! Expected better for fairly new yet overpriced apartments. My overall recommendation, don't rent ...
