Renters Reviews and Ratings
Great Community with a fair price.
June 5, 2023It’s truly next to impossible to find an apartment that is fairly priced in this market. I feel like what they offer and what the rent is it’s very reasonable. The manager is very sweet and seemed to really enjoy her job. She took communication seriously and often wrote back to me on the weekends even if it wasn’t during office hours due to me moving from out of state. She made me aware of local shopping and entertainment as well as being up front and honest about them just recently taking over ...the property. I liked the openness and honesty, it’s really hard to come by. Maintenance seems great, I haven’t had any big maintenance issues but my apartment was in perfect condition. There is so many ways to communicate with them and I like the ease of online compatibility.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Management is horrible
July 12, 2022The grounds aren’t taken care of, the guy who takes care of the grounds is obviously high and poorly does anything. The manager does not answer their phone for emergencies. Not to mention extremely rude. New tenants are leaving trash and animal poop throughout the hallways and stairways. New management is raising rent to renovate vacant apartments and stiffing current residents! Also seems like every single A/C unit is going bad and no one cares to fix them! This place used to be great and quiet ...with HPM . Now with BA, it’s a absolute mess and I would go out of my way to stop people from moving here now.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
The Worst Property Manager Ever seen
December 29, 2017In this apartment, I had seen the WORST PROPERTY MANAGER every in my life. I wish I can give '0' ZERO rating for this Apartment. She is very rude to the tenants not just with our family but I heard the same from our neighbors. Things will never get done if you are working with her. She will create a problem to you and your family in someway or the other. I have been staying in this apartment since it was opened after construction. Just because of this manager we moved out of this place recently. ...Previous property managers were professionals and make you feel this is your home but with this lady it is the opposite. Apartment is decent but if you have to deal anything with this women (Property Manager) then it will be a nightmare. There are many decent apartments with a professional management around this area. AVOID THIS APARTMENT....!!! You may consider this apartment if you don't see this property manager again in this property.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Good Apartment for the Working Professional or Student
July 28, 2015Decent apartment but questionable management. If you have any mantenaince issues be prepared to wait weeks for it to be fixed if fixed at all.The good thing is the buildings are new so there are very few mantenaince issues for now. Inside the apartments are nice! Kind of have that hotel room feel but you can definitely add your personal touches and make it feel like home. Huge plus to have w/d in each unit. One of the layouts with the w/d in the master is awkward if you have a roommate. Walls are ...a little thin- definitely not the worst in the area. You can hear almost everything from the hallway if you're in the kitchen area. Bedroom walls aren't horrible but you can hear neighbors if you're close to the wall. Bathroom walls on the other hand- get used to hearing your neighbors flushing the toilet and using the sink. I don't ever plan to sleep in my bathroom so it's whatever but if you're a little shy - beware! Summit is also one of the few places to offer pet friendly apartments. it's very nice to be able to have pets but there isn't much the apartments have to offer other than small patches of grass to go potty ( disposal bins are all around the property). All in all I like living at summit but I also realize that I'm one of those people that likes to get out and about and doesn't spend a ton of time sitting at home.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
