    • Great neighborhood, no manager onsite

      November 24, 2017
      This is a great building, and full of great neighbors, but there is no onsite manager (which is illegal for a building this size.) The few rude neighbors let their children scream and run all over unattended, which unfortunately also ruins any chance for peaceful enjoyment within your own home. This place has so much potential but is sadly neglected. There’s a lot of termite damage and the security gate is broken about half of the time. For the price, there are better options in the area where an ...
      actual legal manager can be reached to address repairs in a timely fashion and handle tenant issues. Until there is a change in management away from Global Realty, I would suggest avoiding Isles of Charm.
