Jacobs Landing, formerly Woodbridge Gardens, is a redeveloped affordable housing complex in Woodbridge, Middlesex County, New Jersey. As part of a partnership with The Woodbridge Housing Authority, Ingerman is developing and managing this rental community which consists of 1, 2, 3 & 4 bedroom apartments. The units feature full size washers and dryers, hardwood flooring and carpeting, fully-equipped kitchens, large closets, private entryways and energy efficient appliances and finishes. All ground floor rentals are either accessible or adaptable. This community offers on-site management, off-street parking, a playground, resident lounge, fitness center and resident service programs. Located minutes from Woodbridge's shopping district, there's retail, dining and transportation nearby as well as easy access to NJ Turnpike and Garden State Parkway.

July 8, 2023This buildings Flood. Two buildings got flooded already and management was able to relocate them. They were homeless. I know this because I was one of them. Don’t live here , you will regret it.Review from Apartments.com
Poor Management
March 10, 2023Maintenance has been on an emergency basis only for over two months because they have been understaffed and can’t keep up with the basic repair request. Poor communication continues between residents and staff. The exercise room has not reopened since the Covid outbreak and although everyone else in the world have adjusted to Covid safe practices this office is still closed to the public for walk-ins. In my opinion the office is still using covid as an excuse to remain closed/comfortableReview from Apartments.com
