As part of a partnership with The Woodbridge Housing Authority, Ingerman is developing and managing this rental community which consists of 1, 2, 3 & 4 bedroom apartments. July 8, 2023This buildings Flood. Two buildings got flooded already and management was able to relocate them. They were homeless. I know this because I was one of them. Don’t live here , you will regret it.Review from Apartments.com
Poor Management
March 10, 2023Maintenance has been on an emergency basis only for over two months because they have been understaffed and can’t keep up with the basic repair request. Poor communication continues between residents and staff. The exercise room has not reopened since the Covid outbreak and although everyone else in the world have adjusted to Covid safe practices this office is still closed to the public for walk-ins. In my opinion the office is still using covid as an excuse to remain closed/comfortableReview from Apartments.com
