November 2, 2020After living for 40 years on the UES within a radius of 10 blocks and being very happy there, moving to the James Marquis building on West 90th Street, has been an extremely gratifying experience. The level of all staff services is highly superior, with politeness and promptness in responding to any type of request. From dealing with the leasing office to the various services within the building, there is nothing but efficiency and a high level of caring in all interactions with the staff. ...Moreover, the apartment I rented, a big, bright one bedroom apartment, accomodated all of the furnishings of my previous beautiful 2 bedroom apartment, with the additional amenity of a washer and dryer within the apartment and large closet spaces. In addition, the neighborhood is beautiful and all necessary shopping amenities for food or any other supplies, is within very close proximity.
