July 3, 2024Had a great experience living here for the first month. the leasing team is extremely helpful and they facilitated our move in. Apartment and amenities are good and we love the location. As well as a great concierge team as well who handle the packages and visitors really well. They would even call the elevator for you without asking you anything if you are carrying something heavy etc..Property Manager Responded

It's not worth the price of admission!!!
February 28, 2023The Jasper is a business and you're the unwilling customer. All they care about is money and sucking it out of you. It may seem appealing for amenities and the view but you're living in a box and the allure of the amenities fades quickly. If you have any issues with the place then management will be unresponsive to you and disappear but when they want anything from you then they're forceful and unaccommodating. They'll push your rent up every year, they don't care if your neighbors are awful and ...play loud music at 3-4am, they don't care about you as a resident. During my stay there was criminal activity in the building that required a heavy police and security presence where they left all residents in the dark. All they care about is money and you're not human to them.Property Manager Responded
