So, The Jaxon Apartments are honestly a pretty good spot if you’re looking to live in Arlington. The location is very convenient you’re close to tons of shops, restaurants, and it’s easy to get to major highways, which is a huge plus if you’re commuting. The amenities are what really shines. There’s a nice pool area, a decent gym, and even a clubhouse where you can hang out or get some work done. Parking has been no issue, which I know can be a dealbreaker for a lot of people. super friendly and helpful. Jaimie is a great manager. She’s quick to help and definitely a problem solver! Maintenance requests get handled quickly, which is always a relief. All in all, I’d say it’s a great place to live definitely recommend it if you’re looking for something comfy and well-maintained in the area!

I wish I could give it 0 stars! THE ABSOLUTE WORST APARTMENTS IN THE UNIVERSE. Do not live here!!!! Fair warning! Roach infested. Staff horrible & do not help. Maintenance half do a job or never show up! It's terrible. Old and outdated. There are homeless people who live on the floor for free, right outside your door. Trash and dog poop everywhere you step. Just save yourself the time and money!

if i could give them 0 stars i would. let’s start from the outside in. the property is filthy looks like you’re in the slums. move in and you already have roommates(roaches). i’ve asked 1 too many times for them to spray or move me and they refuse. i want out.

They have gone under new management and replace the state with a rude new manager. I have to call for hours to get help. My power has been out for hours and I was given no notification. When I called I was told it would be back on soon it was a quick maintenance issue that was hours ago. When I go to the rental office Jamie rudely questions me on why I opened my refrigerator, as if I don’t need to eat. WORST APARTMENTS EVER!!!!! BAD CONDITIONS!BAD OFFICE STAFFING! I DIDNT GET A MAILBOX KEY UNTIL LIKE AROUND 3 WEEKS AFTER I MOVED IN, These are not even “Luxury” apartments but they want to charge $ like they were. Vomit in my hall way. The website doesn’t even work to put a maintenance order, Doesn’t feel like a save place to live at. They assigned me an unit and days before my move in date they said it wasn’t going to be ready and re-assign me another one without the the description that I told ...

I just recently moved here and I have not had ac or working hot water at all. It’s about to be a month of me living here and I’ve been forced to sit in a apartment that doesn’t get any cooler than 80 degrees and have freezing cold water. When I moved in I let the leasing office and maintenance team know and little has been done about it. I’m very disappointed and plan on leaving this place very soon

There is no hot water!!! We literally just went 7 days without hot water, just to have it work for only 4 days and stop working again. The only way to get any response from the office is to physically go down there. No one answers phone calls or emails. I’ve even contacted the management office that runs these apartments and NOTHING was done. Do NOT move here. At least once a month the water is off, or there is no hot water. At this point I’m really ready to break my lease and find something ...
else. That way I can at LEAST take a decent shower in the place that I pay rent to

I mean it’s a beautiful property. But it’s poorly ran. Rent is too high for the service you receive. Maintenance don’t know how to fix anything and the payments you make to your account “disappear,” and management can’t find it. This property was doing well with the prior management, Ashland Greene though, I don’t know what’s worst, their office staff, their maintenance or their corporate team.

We had a total of 3 outlets in the whole apartment for 15 months after complaining a dozen times. They would send people over who would do nothing to fix it... then months after moving out they didn’t even know and then called us saying they fixed the outlets
