May 29, 2023Felt like sharing about my past two years’ experience at Jaymar Apartments. I’m a contractor and I was told to leave Fort Walton Beach for another assignment. Was sad about this news because it’s extremely had to find an apartment complex so well kept up with beautiful grounds and friendly neighbors. It’s a family owned and managed complex with solid ethics and fairness. James and his father were always available if I had any questions. Never had a maintenance issue in two full years. Best Community in Fort Walton Beach!
June 6, 2018My husband and I have lived at this community for 2 years now and absolutely love our home! The managers are amazing and take great care of the community and the residents. Maintenance issues are completed efficiently and satisfactorily. They are constantly working to make the community and service even better. The area feels safe and we live in a prime location for things to do. The landscaping is just beautiful and makes me happy to be so lucky to live in Florida where palm trees and greenery ...are plentiful (we've traveled around a bit). I can't say enough good things about these apartments.
