waste of time/ rude
July 3, 2022Went up to the place to ask some questions and see if i can schedule a tour or fill out a application. First: it took a solid 5 minutes for anyone acknowledge that i was in the building. Second: The lady working looked angry that i had walked in. The first think she asked me was how much I made a month then said I make too much to live here and told me to look somewhere else.Review from Apartments.com

RUDE
August 27, 2019The property is gorgeous but the staff is a little unpleasant and very rude. I went there to apply and I was given a date and time to come back the following week. Showed up 10 mins early and they scheduled no appointment for me. Which was very frustrating because I called off of work just to handle this matter. They seemed like they didn't care whatsoever. August 2, 2019The leasing team is EXTREMELY rude and unhelpful . They will give you seven different move in dates If you can get past them to finally get an apartment. They don’t want to help you at all. They don’t want to work. I’m almost wondering if it’s worth the great prices.
