Terrible Management
December 14, 2016Property Managers are corrupt and do not care about the tenants in any way. They just want our money and then cast us aside. First off the town houses are built insanely cheap (I have no idea how they passed code). They are less than a year old and we are the first residents to stay in them and there has already been a major water pipe break and a carbon monoxide poisoning incident where the fire department had to be called. The laminate on the floor is already starting to peel up, the dishwasher ...is not secured to the cabinet so if you have more than 2 dishes in it it starts to tip over in addition to several other things. All of this could maybe be overlooked if they weren't also unfairly charging all their residents different amounts in rent. After this place was open for a while and units were still available, the management decided to lower to price. Now there are residents here who are paying anywhere from 1300 to 1750 for the same exact unit. When I brought this up to them they told be there was nothing that could be done to change the price at this point.
