Good space, out of place.
December 28, 2021The property is new, a clear quick flip. We have had a few maintenance concerns that haven't been fixed in the past 7 months. I was expecting a higher level of customer service, especially the price of rent when all around us are dilapidated houses. This is not a safe place, as all 3 of the renters in our unit have had our cars hit on Kercheval, as well as another renter of these units. There is an active rehab/COVID treatment center next to our unit, and the people are loud at all times of the ...day, screaming at each other in the alleyway at midnight or groups of men leering in the back parking lot. We don't have any window blinds up, as we are being watched by the people next door. A home should be a place to unwind, and unfortunately this area is not that. Our washer broke, as it was a cheaper new model, and i had requested to have it fixed. The maintenance man put duct tape on it, which isn't the problem. The current property manager set up a request with GE a month out from the break. The repairman never showed, and I had a friend of mine who does maintenance for another apartment complex come fix it so we wouldn't have to pay to do wash somewhere else. The price we pay in rent is too much to be dealing with this. We will not renew our lease and advise future renters to consider especially the homeless treatment center before renting.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
