January 18, 2023Decent and relatively cheap place to live compared to other buildings in the Cambridge neighborhood. The buildings are very old and often run into frequent maintenance issues. If it doesn't happen in your unit, it's a great place to be at. But if you have to deal with maintenance issues, it can be a living nightmare.Property Manager Responded

Rooms are large but it's not worth it
July 18, 2017Current resident here. My experiences here have been far below par. Management and leasing are absolute wrecks. Laundry machines have been broken for over a year, repair requests are open for months. Floor renovations took almost a year. They also raised rent by 7% which is overpriced for this location imo. They don't treat KBL residents like they do at the other University Park locations. Also the color of the walls are nausea inducing.
