January 26, 2025Place is ok, rent is outrageous for what you get. Took maintenance awhile at the beginning to get things done. Finally towards the end of our lease everything is fixed and working. Carpets come up very easily as well as the “hardwood” which is just stick down flooring, blinds break easily. Had a mold issue but it was fixed and cleaned. Good amount of space. Decently quiet place. Wouldn’t say it’s worth the price, and we even had a special for cheaper rent…Property Manager Responded
