August 30, 2024Been great while I’ve been here most everyone here is nice and the community isn’t that noisy which is nice. Wish we had more Amenities or if the gym was a little better but I also understand people break things.Property Manager Responded

August 5, 2024These are older apartments so they may not have everything you would like. I have been in the complex (in multiple apartments) for 17 years now. Went through different management. Some great and some not so great. The current management is great in my opinion. What has kept me here is location and the neighborhood. It's nice and quite.Property Manager Responded

Run away!
February 15, 2022Read the reviews!!! This place is horrible. I lived here for a year. It was the worst experience I've ever had. We had a freon leak in our air conditioner; it never got fixed. Only got more freon put in it.there were sometimes it was 12 plus hours with no air conditioning in the summer. We had a crack in the ceiling that went from wall to wall, which took 2 months to get that fixed. it was so bad we were scared to go into the room, afraid the ceiling would fall on us. Management does NOT ...communicate with each other or the regional office either. we moved out a month ago and still have not received a final letter stating we have moved out when I was told we would, as well as they didn't even know we had moved out and turned in our keys. They want you to drop everything you are doing so they can have pest control come in. (We have dogs, so they wouldn't just go in) Run as fast as you can to another place.Property Manager Responded
